Simply Hired’s Job-a-matic platform offers a number of reporting tools to track the job postings, performance and revenue from your Job-a-matic job board or the XML API. To track how your job board is fairing, log into your account and navigate to the Reports tab.
Transactions History
The Transaction Report displays information based on the transactions for job posted to your Job-a-matic, including the transaction ID, the amount charged and contact information for the contact person for each job listing posted to your job board. This information can be viewed within several time periods including the current calendar month, the last calendar month, the last 30 days, all time, and even between dates that you specify.
Job Posts History
The Job Posts Report presents the status of jobs posted to your job board as well as information on the job poster. This includes the Job Post ID and current status of the job post, the expiration date and creation date of the job post, the job title and company name for that job opening, and the contact information of the person who posted the job to your job board. The information can be shown for the current month, past month, last 30 days, all time, or the date range you specify.
Employer Summary
The Employers Report contains information about the employers who post jobs to your job board. This is especially helpful if the same employer posts multiple jobs. Here you can view the last post from each employer, as well as their name and contact information, as well as the total number of jobs they have posted, as well as the total amount they have spent posting jobs to your job board.
Backfill Performance
The Backfill Performance Report contains information by date of number of clicks to your backfill sponsored jobs and the revenue you have earned from them. You can display this information by the current month, past month, last 30 days, all time or the date range you specify.
Job Performance
The Job Performance Report describes how well the job postings on your site are performing, based on the number of applies. This report displays the job’s post ID, job title and company, creation and expiration dates, and the number of views, web applies, and email applies. You can choose to show only the job posts that are currently on your job board, or all job posts – current and expired. You can also use the drop down to show 10, 25, 50 or 100 posts per page.
Payout History
Finally, the Payout History Report shows the number of times you have been paid by Simply Hired for the revenue you accrue, after your payment settings are set up. If you choose PayPal as your method of payment, you will be paid after you hit the $100 threshold. For payments by check, you must hit the $500 threshold before being paid. Payouts are made at the end of the month for the previous month.
Viewing these reports on the performance of your job site can help you manage your job board as well as the revenue you earn so that you can adjust your settings to maximize the quality and quantity of your job posts and profits.
