It's finally here! We are now able to better support our publisher needs with our newly launched Publisher Help Center! This new help center is filled with informative content to answer any question you may have about any of Simply Hired's publisher opportunities.
Currently, there are seven areas within the help center:
- Account Basics - Learn how to make any adjustments to your overall account settings.
- Job-a-matic® - Job-a-matic is a free instant job board. Here you can learn how to customize your job board, display jobs and host your job board.
- International - Bringing job content to users outside the United States is important to the Simply Hired team. Find the answers to any questions about adding international job content to your site.
- Widgets - Widgets allow you to bring a snapshot of relevant job content to different areas of your site. Having trouble customizing or adding a widget? This is the place for you!
- Job Search - A Job Search Box lets your users search Simply Hired from your own site.
- XML API - Want more flexibility? Our XML API gives publishers the ability to use our data outside the limits of our Job-a-matic software.
- Other Opportunities - Info regarding email, Twitter, mobile, link exchanges, resumes and advertising.
If you're looking for an answer, but not sure what category it would fall under, you can also use the search box at the top right to enter keywords for what you're looking for. In addition, on the left navigation you will also find a Resources section with links to the Job-a-matic site, the Job-a-matic blog, our nifty network logo, and publisher terms and conditions. In addition, (since we have a tendency to use jargon), this resources section includes a glossary of useful terms to learn and know (eCPM? Backfill?). If we use an ambiguous word that's not in the glossary already, comment on this blog post and we’ll add it in. This is an ever expanding lexicon of Job-a-matic-related terms!
We hope for the Publisher Help Center to become a resource and go-to place for anyone looking for more information about Simply Hired's publisher programs. Help awaits!
