Customizing your job site is essential these days. I second the comment on using a wide header with strong colors..and easy way to make a drastic improvement.

I justjoined the jobamatic site this weekend. I have a bunch of ideas but the technical aspect is kicking my butt. I can not get wordpress towork with jobamatic.
I followed these directions but it did not work and i also emailed support but they werent able to help.

Per your illustration, it looks like the right side of the page was tinkered with. How the heck do you accomplish that? I feel there's a lot of wasted space on the sides of my page.
