Today, Simply Hired launched a new customer support center at support.simplyhired.com. Here you will find the answers to all of your Simply Hired questions, and can find answers to your specific publisher questions at http://support.jobamatic.com.
A few areas we’d like to highlight:
Search Box: Here you can search for answers based on keywords you enter. Want to learn how to tweet your job postings? Need help customizing your header? Have a payment question? After entering your query, all relevant results will be listed.
Submit a Request: Still can’t find your answer? You can submit a request at the top of the support page. Describe the issue you’re experiencing and give us your contact information, and you will be contacted directly by a member of our staff.
Please note that if you would like to track a support ticket, you will need to sign up for an account on the Simply Hired Support Center. Your Job-a-matic login will not work in the support center.
