Three successful job boards are http://jobs.rubyinside.com/, http://greenjobs.greenjobsearch.org and http://www.paymentsjobs.com/. Notice something different going on with those URLs?

You might notice that they do not look like the basic example.jobamatic.com URL you chose when you originally signed up for Job-a-matic.  In fact, they have moved their Job-a-matic board on to their own domain, making their job boards better branded and  connected to their main site (if they have one).
